Show Me How (Thatch #3) by Molly McAdams
New York Times bestselling author Molly McAdams delivers another heart-wrenching, emotional novel in her Thatch series…
After her first love was ripped from her grasp four years earlier, Charlie Easton was sure she would never be able to trust anyone with the shattered pieces of her heart again. That is, until Deacon Carver forces himself into her life, and makes those pieces swirl in chaos. But Charlie doesn't know how to let him in… until a stranger stumbles upon a notebook filled with her innermost secrets, and shows her how.
Deacon Carver is known for sleeping his way through the town of Thatch, as well as the surrounding cities—something he used to take pride in. But that persona has haunted Deacon ever since he decided to leave that life behind for the girl he wants more than anything: Charlie Easton.
But when another girl falls into Deacon's life, allowing him to be himself without judgment for his past, will their conversations hinder his relationship with Charlie … even if he's never seen her?
Manda's 4 Star Review
What a fantastic addition to this series. Molly McAdams is one of the best authors I have had the pleasure of reading. She consistently gives us amazing stories with beautiful and complex characters. I am a huge fan of this series and think that this may be my favorite. It is a powerful story and had me running through a roller coaster of emotions. I was completely caught up in how this complicated story plays out and could not put it down. Both Charlie and Deacon go through such an amazing evolution in this book. They are both searching for someone to see them for who they are rather than who others think they are. So many times in this book I wanted to jump into the pages and punch Deacon or hug Charlie. That to me is a sign of a great book and a talented author. When you actually want to be a part of the story so you can jump in and help. I love that feeling while reading and Molly McAdams is the master! Fantastic book as usual and I cannot wait to see what she comes up with next!!

In the second book in New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Molly McAdams’ Thatch series, Knox Alexander must convince his long-time love Harlow Evans that they’re meant to be together.
He promised to wait for her.
She told him he was wasting his time.
Not waiting for him ended up being the biggest mistake of her life.
When they were younger, Knox Alexander swore to Harlow Evans that he would wait for her to turn eighteen so they could be together. But that was three and a half years away, and Harlow couldn’t ask him to give up all the fun and thrills of going away to college for her. As the years passed, Knox remained a constant in her life—whether she liked it or not—but when her eighteenth birthday came around, Harlow’s heart belonged to someone else.
Every day for the last four years, Harlow has been haunted by that fateful choice. And though he may appear unaffected by what happened in their past, Knox has always tried to fill the void Harlow left. But when he comes stumbling back into her life and refuses to leave, will Harlow finally let him into her heart…?
Manda's 4 Star Review
Once again Molly McAdams has completely blown me away. This is an incredibly emotional and heart wrenching read. The story grabs your attention from the very first page. The journey of a young man and young woman who have a deep connection but are unable to be together and have to wait for their time to arrive. The writing is fantastic as usual and as the story unfolds you will find yourself holding your breath. Harlow is such a strong character. The pain she has to go through in this book is heartbreaking. I found myself so caught up in her story and her struggle. Then there is Knox. He is definitely one of my favorite characters by this author. The way he loved Harlow from the beginning and through everything that happens is a thing of beauty. I have yet to read a book by this author that I don’t love. One of the really great authors out there with a real gift for story telling. Fantastic read!

A night they will always remember…a connection neither can deny…a secret that could destroy it all…

And now that she’s within reach, Liam’s determined to never let her go.
But when a secret from her past tests their relationship, will they be able to cling to the trust Liam has worked so hard to build?
Manda's 5 Star Review
I cannot say enough about how talented Molly McAdams is. She is one one the best writers I have had the pleasure of reading. I fell in love with her work from the very first book and have been hooked ever since. Not once have I been disappointed in one of her book. Each and everyone is well written and gets you involved in the story enough to make it impossible to put down. Trusting Liam was no different. If you have loved her previous works then you do not want to miss this one. Molly McAdams seamlessly joins 2 of her previous works in a way that will have you wanting to reread the other books just because you miss the characters. Truly fantastic work and I am so happy I was given the opportunity to review this book.
Liam and Kennedy are amazing characters that you will feel drawn to immediately and once their stories are really combined it is impossible to put this book down. Kennedy is searching for what her parent have and refuses to settle for anything less. She builds her walls up and never lets anyone in. Being hurt once before has her working extra hard to protect herself. Liam is just living his life how he wants. Focusing on work and having fun where he can. He has no idea the one woman he can't get out of his head is about to walk back into his life. Doing a favor for his boss and friend, never seemed like anything more than an inconvenience. He wasn't a babysitter, but he would do anything for the man he respects so much, including babysitting his nieces. When he agrees, he has no idea his world is about to be turned upside down.
One of my favorite things about this book is we get a little taste of some of Molly McAdams most popular characters from previous books. We get to see what happened after their story ended and where they are now. This book is absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough about it. Even you diehard Chase fan will love this book. This really is a must read. Fantastic job Molly McAdams and as I always I cannot wait to see what happens next!!

Manda's 5 Star Review
I think this is the first novella I have ever given a 5 star rating. Typically novellas leave me wishing there was more to it or leave me wishing I had not read it. I should not be surprised that Molly McAdams has earned this 5 star. Every book that she writes is amazing and so well written that I am a fan for life. This is a truly beautiful and amazing story. Paisley and Eli are fantastic characters and their story is filled with love and heartache. From the very beginning you can feel the connection between the characters and friendship they share is beautiful. I truly got swept away by the emotion of this book and had to lock myself away so I could read it without someone interrupting. I cannot say enough about how fantastic this novella is and about what a terrific writer Molly McAdams is. This is a must read! The rest of the Forgiving Lies series is wonderful, but I think this is my favorite. I cannot wait for the next book and I strongly suggest reading this series. Congratulations Molly McAdams on another victory!! You truly are one of the most gifted authors I have had the pleasure of reading.
Forgiving Lies
A matter of secrets...
Undercover cop Logan "Kash" Ryan can't afford a distraction like his new neighbor Rachel Masters, even if she's the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. To catch a serial killer, he needs to stay focused, yet all he can think about is the feisty, long-legged coed whose guarded nature intrigues him
A matter of lies...
Deceived and hurt before, Rachel would rather be a single, crazy cat lady than trust another guy, especially a gorgeous, tattooed bad boy with a Harley, like Kash. But when his liquid-steel eyes meet hers, it takes all of Rachel's will-power to stop herself from exploring his hot body with her own.
A matter of love...
As much as they try to keep it platonic, the friction between them sparks an irresistible heat that soon consumes them. Can Kash keep Rachel's heart and her life safe even as he risks his own? Will she be able to forgive his lies ... or will she run when she discovers the dangerous truth?
Manda's 4 Star Review:
Rachel Masters has had the worst dating experiences and after her last unbelievably terrifying experience she is ready to just be left alone. When her roommate and best friend Candace introduces her to their hot new neighbors Rachel is even more determined to keep her distance. After her experiences with these supposed good guys no way she was going near a tattooed bad boy.
Undercover cop Logan Ryan has a job to do and that job is to catch a serial killer, not get involved with his gorgeous new neighbor. Not only is she the most beautiful girl he has ever seen but she is also the most guarded. After being forced to spend time together Logan finds himself getting closer to Rachel and wanting to break down her walls but, they are both keeping secrets that may put everyone in danger.
Molly McAdams does it again! Forgiving Lies is so different from her other books, but no less exciting and emotional. I could not put this book down. I have loved all of her books but they tend to make me ugly cry, so I was a little reluctant to read this one. I am so glad I decided to just suck it up and read it. The story line is fantastic and the characters are amazing. It is not your typical college love story. There is so much more to this book including a completely twisted serial killer and an ending that will leave your mouth hanging open. This book pretty much solidifies the fact that Molly McAdams is an amazing writer and I will read anything she writes. Can not wait for the next book in the series. Definitely a must read!!

Manda's 3 Star Review:
Brody Saco has been trapped in a loveless marriage for the last six years. Feeling like this is his punishment for a tragedy that took place 5 years earlier, Brody ignores his families attempts to help him break free. Being swallowed whole by hatred, guilt and the manipulations of his marriage, he buries himself in work. Until a chance encounter brings him face to face with Kamryn.
Kamryn Cunningham is running from a life she hates. Determined to break free and create her own life, she gives up everything she has ever known to live the small town life. Content with her new and successful life Kamryn doesn't know anything is missing until she runs into Brody. She knows he is married and hates that she finds herself attracted to him, but they can't seem to stay away from one another. As their feelings intensify they find themselves in a bad situation that only seems to get worse. Guilt is a powerful feeling and sometimes it is impossible to let go of.
I absolutely love everything that I have read by Molly McAdams. She has this wonderful way of creating the most in depth characters and heartbreakingly beautiful stories. This story is no exception. This is a sad and tragic story of pain, heartbreak and redemption. The characters are amazing and the story will keep you from wanting to put the book down. This was not my favorite book by Molly but was still a great read. You definitely don't want to miss out on reading this one. As always I look forward to what is next and cannot wait to read it!

About to marry the man she loves and start a family, Rachel could not be happier, until she finds herself kidnapped and alone in a room with a stranger. As the days pass all Rachel can think about is Kash, she knows he will come for her but she can't help feeling a bond with the man who has been watching over her. She knows he is the one who took her, but she also knows he has been protecting her from a bigger danger.
Trent Cruz's orders were to kidnap the girl, but now that he has her all he can think about is keeping her safe. He knows if he lets anyone else near her something bad will happen. Locking himself away with her seems to be the only way to keep her protected from danger, but keeping her to himself puts them both in more danger.
I love this series! Molly McAdams is an amazing writer that has created these fantastic characters you can't help but fall in love with. In Forgiving Lies we meet Kash and Rachel and get drawn into their amazing story, and now with Deceiving Lies we meet Trent Cruz. I absolutely love this character and the direction the storyline takes. I could not put this book down. I have recommended this story to everyone! Molly McAdams never disappoints and I will read anything she writes! Fantastic book, definitely a must read!!

Capturing Peace (Sharing You 0.5) by Molly McAdams
Coen Steele has spent the last five years serving his country. Now that he's back, he's finally ready to leave behind the chaos of the battlefield and pursue his lifelong dream. What he wasn't expecting was the feisty sister of one of his battle buddies—who has made it obvious that she wants nothing to do with him—to intrigue him in a way no woman has before.
Reagan Hudson's life changed in the blink of an eye six years ago when she found out she was pregnant and on her own. Since then, Reagan has vowed never to let another man into her life so that no one can walk out on her, or her son, again. But the more she runs into her brother's hot and mysterious friend, the more he sparks something in her that she promised herself she wouldn't feel again.
Can two people with everything to lose allow themselves to finally capture the love they both deserve?
Manda's 4 Star Review
Reagan Hudson has spent the last 6 years of her life completely devoted to her son. Determined to do everything on her own, she has no time for a relationship or dating. Even if she had the time she isn't interested in letting someone in just to have them abandon her and her son. Her family keeps encouraging her to give dating a try but she shoots them down , until she meets Coen Steele. Coen served in the military with Reagan’s brother and has just gotten out and is ready to start his dream. When Reagan’s brother tries to set them up, she shuts down more, unable to believe her family won't just let her be alone. The more Coen and Reagan run in to each other the harder it is for Reagan to keep her walls up. As their relationship progresses they find they are both fighting battles, Reagan with her fear of being hurt and Coen with the Ghosts of his past.
I was really looking forward to reading this book, and again Molly McAdam’s does not disappoint. I had not previously read Sharing You book 1 in the series, but thought the synopsis of this book sounded really good so I thought I would check it out. I'm so glad I did. I love the characters and how strong they are even dealing with all of their demons. I really loved how the supporting characters strengthened the story by standing by each other when things get bad. I have yet to read a book by Molly McAdam’s that I didn't like so I'm really looking forward to reading Sharing You next. This is definitely a must read and I highly recommend this one.
