Break Out (Hawks MC 5.5)by Lila Rose
Pain. It was something Finn “Handle” Kaidion knew well after losing his wife. Pain was what kept him guarded against any further relationships.
Pain was also something Mardella “Della” Kent felt after losing her sister and from being dragged into the pits of hell by a madman. Only he was no longer an issue. Instead, having her parents turn their back on her was a new reason pain kept beating at her door.
Can two people learn to trust and live free from their past sorrows?

I love this author and get so excited when a new book comes out. I find that I really care about these characters and what happens to them. I want them to be happy and to have fun and find their peace. I know that with each of these books I am going to get a story that I can't put down with new characters who fit right in with the family. Once again the writing is fantastic and the characters are beautifully damaged. I cannot wait for what comes next. This is definitely one of my go to favorite authors and I highly recommend all the books by this author!!!
Death: The Horsemen Series (The Horsemen #1)By Lila Rose and Justine Littleton
Here’s the problem with myths and legends; they're fiction. At one time, they may have been stories of real people, but over time, the story was passed from person to person, so what was once fact, becomes the written fables of those long ago.
This is the true story of Death and the five horsemen.
Quitting her teaching career and working full time on her fledgling editing business, Julie Michaels isn't prepared for the shedload of changes heading her way. To be precise, it’s just one screeching stop on the crazy train away.
Dean "Death" Apocalos never imagined change would come so swiftly in the form of love, chaos, and Decay. Dean and his three brothers are about to see their worst fear come to light; their forgotten brother and the fifth horseman, Decay.
Previously entombed, someone has let the loon loose on LA. It’s now up to the horsemen to put him back in his box… before he upsets the balance once more.
Manda's 5 Star Review
I loved absolutely everything about this book. From start to finish I was completely caught up in the book and I did not want it to end. This was a fantastic read and I am just completely blown away by this one. The story is exciting and captivating from the start to the finish. The story and characters are so well written it's impossible not to get sucked into this book. I am a huge fan of Lila Rose and was beyond excited to read something new. She and Justine Littleton make a fantastic writing duo and did not disappoint!! I am hooked and cannot wait to read more from this series. I am a huge fan of books that follow siblings or close friends and what's better than following the lives of the 5 horsemen. Loved every second and cannot wait for more. This is a must read and definitely one of my favorites of the year!!
The Secret's Out (Hawks MC Club # 1: Caroline Springs Charter)by Lila Rose
Moving to Melbourne for university, Josie Alexander knew the transition would be hard. She didn’t realize just how difficult it’d be until things turn ugly. Damaged by a past that leaves her struggling with physical contact, her brave move to start afresh, soon turns into a nightmare.
Afraid and vulnerable, Josie’s fragile independence threatens to unravel around her. That is until the two men who refuse to leave her thoughts show up in Melbourne.
Caden Adams, “Pick” to his biker brethren, has had a hard life. His only light is Josie, who he loses when she leaves Ballarat for Melbourne. Dealing with day to day life without his heart is hard, especially with the darkness threatening to consume him. When MC President, Talon, informs him that Josie’s in trouble, he’s determined to make sure he’s there to protect her. Only, he won’t be doing it alone.
Eli “Billy the Kid” Walker has never experienced love, not even from those who should have cared the most. Only Josie and Caden have ever come close to infiltrating his hardened heart. With Josie gone, he pushes Caden away, unwilling to take a risk, even if it’s something he wants.
When given with the opportunity to prove to each other how they really feel, will they all be able to have the courage to fight for what their hearts desire? Above all else, will they survive the fallout when their secret’s out?

I cannot get enough of this series!! Lila Rose has given us yet another fantastic addition to her Hawk MC series. As if I didn't already completely love the men and women of the Hawks MC I now have a huge crush on this trio. Josie is such an amazing character. She had such a horrible experience and lived through hell until she is taken in by Zara's parents and the Hawks. She slowly starts to come into her own but still feels apprehensive around men. Wanting to experience more and try to strike out on her own she heads off to college. Her heart breaks to leave her family behind but she knows she has to do this. Caden and Eli have a difficult relationship. They are both in love with a woman they can never have. They already pushed her to choose and she chose to leave them both behind. They are brothers in the MC but that’s all they have to do with each other. Until the woman they love finds herself in trouble and they have to put aside their problems and take care of her. I love the care and understand that these 2 give to Josie and how they both understand the way she feels about them. I absolutely adore the way this book progresses and the growth that all 3 characters go through. There are some extremely sad parts to this story though so prepare yourself for that. I was completely taken off guard by it and wont lie I shed a few tears. I believe this might be my favorite so far of the series and cannot wait for the next book. I NEED more of these wonderful characters!! This is a fantastic story that you don't want to miss!!

Coming Out (Hawks Motorcycle Club #4.5) by Lila Rose
Living a lie, Matthew ‘Mattie’ Alexander is exhausted. It’s not easy to keep up the pretence, the deceit, but it’s safer. Coming out to a world who so easily hate takes a courage he’s yet to find, so he pretends – pretends to be into women – pretends to love being a part of the university’s football team. It keeps him safe, hidden.
Until he meets Julian.
From the moment they first meet, Mattie knows life is about to change. He’s yet to determine if it is for the better or worse.
Living life through laughter, Julian is lonely. Without the jokes, the humour, he would be living on the edge of depression. Succumbing to his controlling father’s demands, Julian finds no joy in the path laid out before him.
Until he meets Mattie.
As soon as they cross paths, Mattie has the power to drive Julian’s man parts crazy with lust. But can lust be enough to help Mattie out of the closet, and guide Julian into a happier place?
Limits will be pushed. Rules will be broken. But it’s only together, that they will have the strength to overpower fear, fear of themselves and fear of others. Just how far are they willing to go in the aim of coming out?

I am completely in love with this series!. Since book one I have absolutely loved all the characters and the storylines. Mattie and Julian are the heart of this group and I was so excited to hear their story. I knew if had to be good because of how completely opposite they are. Julian is wild and loud and Mattie is laid back and quiet. Julian is outspoken and loves to get a reaction out of people and now we finally have a better understanding of why he is the way he is. He has a really good heart and would do anything to take care of those he loves. Mattie learns so much from Julian about being who you are and their relationship is so beautiful. I am so glad the author gave us Mattie and Julian's story. I cannot wait until the next book. I have reread these books several times and never get tired of hearing their stories. Fantastic job Lila Rose and congrats on another fantastic addition to this wonderful series.

Manda's 4 Star Review
This series just keeps getting better and better!!! I completely fell in love with Zara and Talon in book 1 and just continued to get more and more into the characters as the series progressed. The characters and story-lines are fantastic and funny and the supporting characters are just amazing. I have been eagerly awaiting what came next and I was not disappointed. Lila Rose is a gifted author who has the ability to write these amazing stories and characters that have you laughing and crying and wanting more. I absolutely love the Hawks MC and everything they stand for. The love and the bond they all share is amazing.
When one of their own is killed the club steps in to help the widow and her children. It quickly becomes apparent that Malinda wants nothing to do with her dead husbands club. Not even the women can break the ice. Knowing they must do something to take care of one of their own, they send in Julian. Who can possible resist the charismatic Julian!! As he works his charm and brings Malinda into the fold, it becomes clear there was something very wrong in her relationship that has left her hating the MC. The more she gets to know them, the more Malinda realizes that the problem was not the MC. She finds herself attracted to Declan but is determined never to get involved with another biker. When secrets of her husbands past start coming to light, Malinda has to rely on the support and love of all the Hawks to pull her and her children through.
I absolutely loved this book and cannot wait to read more from this author!! This series is a must read!!! Congratulations Lila Rose on another fantastic addition to an already wonderful series.
Black Out (Hawks Motorcycle Club #3) by Lila Rose
At twenty-four, Clarinda James has lived a traumatic life. One of the last images she saw before losing her sight was that of her parents' death. The nightmares of that time still haunt her every night.
Taken in at nineteen by her sister, Clary didn’t know there was going to be a price to pay, a price far greater than her blindness. It’s not until Blue walks into her life, she realizes it’s possible to experience the joy of warmth. In her darkness, Blue will become her beacon, her guide. Little does she know that she’ll need to count on Blue more than she thought she would.
She has to…if she wants to stay alive.
Blue Skies is on the lookout for a woman. Always there to support his brothers, Talon and Griz, he’s not a stranger to the craziness of love or life. Nor is he a stranger to making it clear that comments surrounding his name are out of bounds. Despite the often effed-up situations his brothers find themselves in as a result of their women, he’s more than happy to settle down when he finds his missing piece.
After three weeks of seeing a gorgeous redhead in a café, he refuses to let the opportunity pass him by. Building a tentative relationship with Clary is no easy task; she’s damaged. It’s not until he discovers the truth behind her darkness that he willing lays claim to her. He is determined to protect her, no matter the cost. She is irrefutably his.
Manda's 4 Star Review
After a horrifying fire leaves her without her sight, Clarinda James has no choice but to depend on her sister for help. She knows she is a burden for her sister but every time she suggests moving out her sister is quick to remind her how impossible that would be. Clary spends her days in the coffee shop and library waiting for her sister to finish work. She doesn’t mind these times alone until a stranger with a sexy voice approaches her. Though she cannot see him she can sense him and knows she has a connection to him. After several failed attempts at meeting up with the mysterious stranger, Clary has all but given up hope that he is what she has been waiting for. One night after overhearing her sister making a terrifying phone call she knows things are not right and she is in danger. Calling the only friend she has to rescue her Clary soon finds herself surrounded my an MC who vows to help her and also finally learns who her mysterious stranger really is.
Love this story, Love this series, and Love Blue and Clary. This is my favorite book of the series. The storyline is different and exciting. It's not the usual MC story and I loved every second of it. From start to finish I was lost in the story. I loved Blue in the previous books and loved the sense of family within the MC and also with the secondary characters who may not be in the MC but are definitely family. Really a great story and a wonderful addition to the series. I cannot wait to read more from this author.
