Manda's 4 Star Review
I am a huge fan of this series and think these authors make a fantastic writing team. I was really looking forward to reading about Smoke and these authors did not disappoint. From start to finish this is a book I didn't want to put down. I loved young Gidget and Smoke and my heart broke for her when everything fell apart. This book certainly takes you on an emotional ride as we reconnect with a smoke a Gidget who have grown up in very different ways. The writing is fantastic and the story progresses well with no lag. Fantastic addition to the series. I cannot wait for what comes next!!
Filthy Bastard (Grim Bastards MC #2)By Shelley Springfield and Emily Minton
She's a poor little rich girl.
With a vindictive mother and an obsessed brother-in-law, all Adyson Sloan wants is a little freedom--for her and her sister. She dreams of having a little room to breathe and making her own choices. But when she's kidnapped by the Grim Bastards MC, freedom comes at a much higher price. Terrified, but determined to get back to her sister, Addy's plans are ruined when she falls for a bastard with a chip on his shoulder.
He's a bastard without a heart.
Sergeant at Arms Brew Decker plays by his own rules. To him, nothing is sacred but the brotherhood. He lives and dies by the club and would do anything for them--even kidnap an innocent woman. After all, she's merely a pawn in the bigger game. But everything changes when he meets Addy. Suddenly, he'd do anything for his captive.
Can love between a rich girl and a bastard survive without someone losing it all?
Each book in the Grim Bastards MC series includes an HEA and can be read as a standalone.
Dirty Bastard includes sexual situations and graphic violence. Not suitable for anyone under 18

I loved Brew and Addy in the first book and couldn't wait to see what their story would bring. I was in no way ready for the heart wrenching tale. There is so much more too both of these characters than what we see in the first book. Both Brew and Addy would do anything to protect their loved ones even if it ends up costing them of piece of themselves.
Wow these authors really did a great job bringing this story to life. Shelley Springfield and Emily Minton make a great duo and have created a story that from start to finish will grab your attention. This book takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions at times even bringing tears to your eyes. Great growth and development throughout the book of both the characters as well as the storyline. Over all from start to finish just a really captivating read. I think these authors make story magic together and am looking forward to reading more from them in the future!!

Beautiful Outlaw (Savage Outlaws MC #1) by Emily Minton
After ten years of surviving as a walking, talking, living doll, Laura feels dead inside.
She has sacrificed everything for her family, marrying a man she could never love. Her husband doesn’t beat her, doesn’t berate her. He transforms her, forcing her to live as a stand-in for his long dead wife. She stays silent as piece after piece of herself disappears, willing to do anything to protect the people she loves.
When his demands go too far, she finally tells her brother the ugly truth.
Wanting to protect her without putting the rest of their family at risk, he sends her to the one place he knows she’ll be safe. He places her into the hands of his best friend, Vice President of the Savage Outlaws MC.
Once again, she is transformed into someone new; Shay.
Bowie has spent many nights dreaming about his best friend’s little sister. The reality is so much sweeter than his dreams. He wants to be more for Shay, needs to protect her, but he’s not sure if he knows how.
Can an Outlaw show her how beautiful life should be?
Manda's 4 Star Review
After 10 years of marriage to a man who changed everything about her to fit his mold, Laura has finally had enough. She agreed to be his in order to save her family but when his demands become to much she turns to her brother for help. After listening to her story her brother goes to the only man he feels he can trust to protect his sister. Bowie the VP of the Savage Outlaws MC has been hearing stories about his best friends sister forever so when the chance to help her out comes along he jumps at the opportunity. The only problem is the woman who steps of the bus is not the same woman he has been dreaming about for years. Deciding he isn't interested after all he drops her at the one place he knows she will be safe and leaves on an errand for the MC. When he returns to check on her he discovers she has completely transformed and is not at all what he first thought. As he gets to know the real girl he finds he would do anything to protect her but he isn't sure how to do that. When her past comes back to claim her and a problem within the MC all come at him at once he doesn't know if he can protect her and his MC.
I really liked this book. The things Laura had to do and who she had to become to save her family are a little different than any other book I have read like this. I really liked the relationships Laura forms with bowie's family in his absence and the way she begins to heal herself from the damage of her previous life. Also the struggle she faces going from one controlling man a man like Bowie. All of the supporting characters were fantastic in the story and the story itself kept me intrigued. I also loved the way it tied into 2 other MC series. After reading the epilogue I cannot wait for the next book in the series. Definitely a good MC book to check out!!!
Renegade Lady
Jenna “Ice” Chandler grew up as part of a motorcycle club. She considered it her home, until one wrong move made it her prison. After months of abuse, she is rescued by Chipper, who takes her to Big Clifty, Missouri, home of the Renegade Sons MC.
Kiddrick “Kidd” Jones is the president of the Renegades. He knows there is something special about Ice the moment his older brother, Chipper, brings her into the club, but stays away, because she is too young.
When time comes for Ice to take her place in the club, she has two choices, become an old lady or a club whore. Not believing in love and knowing a man can never be faithful, she decides to earn her spot on her back.
With each passing year, Kidd's feelings for Ice grows and the urge to make her his becomes stronger. Frustrated and jealous, he finally decides it’s time to make her his.
Will Ice finally thaw out and give love a chance, or is Kidd fighting a losing battle?
WARNING: Renegade Lady contains adult situations some readers may find offensive. This is a raw and gritty story involving explicit sex, graphic language, violence and drug use. Not intended for readers under 18.
My 5 Star Review:
Jenna grew up with a junkie mother and a MC father, who never really claimed her or her mother. After walking her mother dies, Jenna makes the decision to go to her fathers compound and find out some answers. Going to that compound turned out to be the worst thing she could have done. Her father gave her to another brother to cover his own skin. Jenna finds herself being abused in every possible way and on the way to her own death, until one day her rescuer comes from no where to save her. Chipper takes Jenna away from her own personal prison, and brings her to his house where he takes her in as his own daughter. Jenna finally meets Kidd, Chippers younger brother and fellow Renegade Son, and forms an imitated bond with him.
Kiddrick “Kidd” Jones has always had everything he’s ever wanted with the Renegade Sons. Freedom, his brothers, his bike, and of course as many club whores as he could have, but he never knew what he was missing until he comes back home after being gone a year at another chapter. Kidd comes home to a very grown very beautiful Jenna. Long gone is the awaked teenage girl, who he looked after and wished she was older, and in her place was someone who twisted his heart and made the blood rush south. There was only one problem, Kidd brought home company, and that ultimately turned Jenna and his relationship into one rocky ride.
Renegade Lady is the journey of Jenna and Kidd and their emotionally and physically draining relationship. They go through hell and back, only to have hell knock on their doorstep again. Jenna is one fierce strong willed individual. She doesn’t back down and does what she has to in order to protect her heart. Kidd is confident, sexy, and rugged biker. He has his own baggage he brings to the relationship. I absolutely love biker books, and this one did not disappoint. The characters were so fully developed and left me feeling happy and content. That is after the authors broke me down first. I started this book and couldn’t put it down. I would strongly recommend this book to any MC lovers!

Renegade Reject

Garrett “Preach” Austin lived his life caught in his father’s iron fist. He never thought he would want anything more than freedom from his past, until he met his “Little Flower”. She shows him there is more to life than pain.
Preach has a secret; one that forces him to choose between Daisy and his brothers. Even though he loves Daisy, the Renegade Sons are the only true family he has. He knows he can’t have her, yet he can’t let her go.

Mag’s 5 Star Review
I fell in love with the characters of Daisy and Preach while reading Renegade Lady and was unbelievably anxious to get my hands on Renegade Reject to find out what happens between these two. I was NOT disappointed.
Daisy is such a beautiful character inside and out, she is compassionate and kind but still stands up for herself. Daisy never wanted to be apart of the MC life. She never wanted to be property or be claimed, but her whole world turned upside down when Preach wandered into her life.
“I thought you wanted me to be your old lady. I wanted it so bad. I wanted to be claimed by you and wear your brand. Your brand, just yours, and you’ve ruined it all.”
After a horrible turn of events, Daisy just wanted out. She left and stayed gone for years, but eventually she had to come home to the life she lived before. She had to come home to all the heartache and pain she ran away from. The only thing she didn’t know was how much more pain was headed her way.
Preach messed things up bad. He had the perfect girl ready and waiting for him, but one careless mistake cost him deeply. Preach found the Renegade Sons after losing everything else in his life, and after paying his dues he finally found a family again. Preach thought everything would end happily ever after with Daisy, but as the old saying geos ‘when it rains it pours’ and it raid a crap load on Daisy and Preach.
“’I wish you would disappear, so I could finally have some peace and live without you coming in and out of my life to screw it up on the regular. But you don’t need to go, because from now on, your dead to me.’”
One thing leads to another in this book, and their roller coaster of a relationship goes from good to bad to worse to bad and back to good. I honestly spent the entire day reading this book and didn’t want to put it down. Renegade Lady was full of angst and heartache, but Renegade Sons completely tore me apart, twice, before finally putting me back together again.
“I’m claiming you, right f**king now. I know you think you got a choice in this, but you don’t”
I felt horrible for Daisy in this book, but my heart hurt a lot for Preach, almost more than it did for Daisy. My emotions were all over the place in this book, I was angry, hysterical, proud, panicked, hurt, and ecstatic. This book was one that is truly bittersweet to read. While I wanted to get my hands on it and read it, I was also extremely sad to know I have to wait for the other one. I would strongly recommend these books to anyone who loves MC books or books with angst and emotion.
